At 57, and with 37 years of driving outside the UK, I needed to take the UK driving test.
I was aware that my driving had probably got lazy. I knew that there was a particular set of driving skills and specific requirements to taking the UK test, which I hadn't needed to know before.

From the first lesson my driving started to improve. Laura was professional yet friendly; calm yet focused; critical but always with an explanation ;and imparted her knowledge and hints in a timely and appropriate manner, never over-whelming me with information. She clearly had a plan for each lesson and I often found that I had accomplished a particular manoeuvre without noticing how difficult it was.

Naturally I passed the driving test. But that was secondary to how much my skills have improved and how much safer and more confident I feel having had her mentor me.
