I liked the idea of the book and DVD and found them helpful and useful. The lesson targets show you exactly how you are doing.

I did an intensive course as it fitted in with my work holidays. The constant lessons worked well. I found lee helpful and calming and didn't make me feel nervous and made the lessons fun and easy to follow so I didn't feel I was being overloaded with information. Thanks Lee.
