Mark is the best instructor I have ever had, and I can say that with confidence as he was the seventh! Despite the fact that I was incredibly nervous Mark was always very patient, helping me reach my potential quickly. Whenever I didn't understand something he always took the time to make sure I understood even if this meant explaining it several different ways. I felt that Mark really wanted me to pass, which was so encouraging and made me have faith in myself after four long years of various driving instructors! The day that I passed was the day I finally understood what freedom means and I have Mark to thank for this, for which I will be forever grateful!
