Jackie was an incredibly patient, calm and all-round likeable driving instructor, which was important to me. She really helped me to get to grips with the rules of the road and was always supportive whenever I was struggling or unsure about something. She would also show and give great tips to me either to look at or when I was about to approach a manoeuvre. She was always organised and prepared for the both of us. I truly came away from every lesson feeling like I had learnt something new. We never wasted time on manoeuvres I was confident in; we just simply moved on to the next one. Jackie was again so helpful and crucial in helping me to pass my theory test. She did this by giving me plenty of resources like the LDC Driving Skills workbook you get on your first lesson, as well as the LDC online resources which were great for the theory. For the practical test we did many mock tests, preparing me for the actual day, which helped ease my nerves. We also looked at certain areas and manoeuvres I found difficult and repeated them over and over again until I felt ready. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better teacher, and am so grateful to have had Jackie as my driving instructor. Thanks Jackie!
