Jackie has been fabulous from the start, even before I started my lessons. She made sure that I had access to the LDC theory test resources. Once practical lessons started she made me feel very comfortable and confident from the very beginning. The videos and visual resources were great as I did struggle with the LDC workbook and she understood this. I never left a lesson feeling unsure of anything that she had taught me.
