He was so friendly and welcoming, if I didn’t understand something he’d not give up in trying to find ways to explain it to me. He was very good at reading me if I was finding it hard even without me saying. Highly recommend! And from a parent’s perspective, Gary was 100% reliable, easy to make bookings with, and easy to chat with about any driving issues that might be helpful to focus on. He is always positive and encouraging.
