Jackie was an excellent instructor and very patient with me throughout the whole process, her techniques when I felt nervous to calm me down helped to give me confidence to carry on in lessons. I found the workbook very helpful to reflect on my driving and improve on previous mistakes in the next lesson. Each lesson was planned out well by Jackie and I felt I was able to talk to her about anything I felt unsure on and her calm attitude also helped me massively to keep calm and keep going!
