“Where to start?, from the very first home visit Wendy was lovely, so easy to get along with and always put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable, she has a way of explaining things so simply and always makes things less stressful!. Whilst she is forthright and firm when needed she is so well balanced with care and compassion too, always understanding we are humans and not robots!. Wendy always manages to make a positive from every situation and provides helpful constructive feedback when needed, whilst always managing to build confidence. I can’t fault her at all and have entrusted her with instructing my son and no doubt my other children. Wendy thank you so much for everything you’ve made the last 6 months such a successful and enjoyable experience, I couldn’t have passed 1st time without you! ☺️ Kirsty xxx “
