I was very lucky that Gareth was my instructor. Having been a teacher for several decades, his wealth of experience was invaluable. He was supportive and attentive throughout all our lessons. This helped because learning to drive can be overwhelming at times but Gareth always told me exactly what to focus on, whatever situation we encountered and this helped immensely from being overloaded. And despite my many mistakes he was never cross or annoyed. He calmly explained what was my error, why it occurred and what to do to avoid it in the future. This helped me from becoming frustrated or too critical of myself. He was never late to our sessions, (despite the early Saturday morning starts!) and was always aware of the stage of my learning thanks to his notes which he used to track my progress. If you are looking for a great instructor, you cannot go wrong with Gareth!
