As an older driver who has had a few different instructors in the past, I can testify that Mike has been the best of them all. He is patient and quick to correct issues, knowledgeable about all aspects of driving and the information needed to pass your test, as well as being cheerful and good for a chat! He paces lessons well, ensuring that the plan is tailored to the needs and ability of the student; at the end of each lesson, we would discuss what areas I needed to improve and then, if I agreed, we would focus on those aspects of my driving skills. On the day of my test Mike was very calming and ensured I walked into the test centre with a clear and calm understanding of what would happen, and the results speak for themselves!
