Jackie has been supportive, patient and understanding from the very first lesson to the last lesson. I never thought I would persist with lessons to the point of taking a test, and I certainly did not think I could pass. I genuinely believe that without Jackie as an instructor, I could not have done it. She is professional at all times, but balances it just right with being personal and friendly.
