I found Barry to be very customer focus driven. He always discussed his plans before each lesson to gain alignment with me. He provided clear instructions and simple, easy-to-follow and remember techniques, especially for manoeuvres. He remained positive throughout each lesson but was able to recognise areas of weakness and developed a plan to work through them. He is calm in a reassuring way but was firm when he needed to be. His greatest strength is his flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile to work with my schedule. He always arrived early for each lesson. I highly recommend Barry to anyone who wants to learn to drive with a positive and customer-driven instructor! I give my consent for this to be used.
