My overall view of Mark is excellent. Mark put me at ease throughout the whole experience by explaining things thoroughly, answering any questions I had. I had no problems throughout the whole experience because Mark's conduct was professional, courteous and respectful at all times. I can say without reservation Mark is a credit to the profession and I would have no hesitation in recommending to other learner drivers. Thank you Mark for helping me to achieve a first time pass.
