I think Jackie is a great driving instructor. She is very professional but friendly at the same time. She is very thorough & makes sure everything is done well before the test, even if that means it could get pushed back - but that works well. Personally I did not like the writing factor in the book because I would forget to do it or accidentally leave it places. However the information in it was useful, especially at the start where all the knowledge was new. The test prep & mock tests worked well.
