It was clear from the outset that Lee’s approach to instruction would ensure that my son, Alex, became a capable and confident driver. Initially, Lee arranged a visit to our home to introduce himself and the LDC way of learning to drive, which immediately instilled confidence in us that he was the right instructor for Alex. Lee is very thorough, clear, and patient. His communication throughout the process was impeccable and we always knew exactly what Alex had to work on, but at the same time, Lee was also very encouraging. The workbook (which was updated after every lesson) and videos available via the LDC app were really useful especially with the theory test. Lee’s philosophy is that he is teaching people to learn to drive, not to pass their driving tests, this was demonstrated by the meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of driving. Now that Alex has passed his test, I have no doubt that he will be an excellent driver and this is largely down to the time and effort that Lee put in, and for that we cannot thank him enough. I would have no hesitation at all in passing on our recommendation of Lee to anyone who wants to learn to drive.
