This is the first week of 'real' driving since passing my test last week. Despite a few nerves I have tackled the hills in Sheffield, reverse parked in the dark and braved the University Roundabout!! Many of my friends and family have been surprised by how confident I am but it comes as no surprise to me as I have been taught so well by Phil.

Phil's teaching style is thorough, challenging and most importantly he has the patience of a saint. His non critical approach has meant that I have been able to learn from my mistakes rather than dwell on them. Phrases like 'well that was exciting' when I stalled twice part way up a hill, instantly made me laugh and put me at ease!

My driving lesson story is epic amongst those who know me as it has taken me 21 years to finally learn to drive. Having the independence to drive to work and collect my children at the end of the day, has changed my life. Phil is an outstanding teacher with high expectations and I would recommend him to anyone.
