A HUGE thank you to Phil for such brilliant mentoring and support to help me pass my driving test first time, with only 4 minors! After getting a recommendation from my sister I decided now was the time to get back into driving. I had previously had lessons with several driving instructors all of whom made me feel I was not confident or competent enough to book a test. The prospect of getting my full driving license seemed like a distant dream, until I met Phil.

After speaking with Phil on the phone he urged me to book my Theory test and a Practical test shortly afterwards. Although daunting at first, this provided me with a realistic goal to work towards. Phil is a great instructor who never puts you under pressure and allows you to make and correct your own errors without considering them a failure. Driving is based on the experience and ability to overcome sometimes difficult and novel situations. Phil ensures his pupils are more than prepared to deal with the test. He has a sound understanding of the way the test is examined, the test routes and the standards expected. Phil teaches to a much higher standard than the DVSA which ensures new drivers are confident on the day of the test and are able to leave the test centre smiling.
