Kel is a great driving instructor, I can't recommend her highly enough - and not only because I passed my test on my first attempt! She is friendly, calm and reassuring, never loses her cool and gives clear instructions and explanations. Kel always communicated quickly and professionally to help me book lessons, and was flexible if I needed to move lessons due to being ill. I particularly appreciated, in the beginning, when I struggled to focus for longer lessons, that Kel would suggest ending the lesson a bit early when I was no longer learning properly, and offering to tack that extra half an hour onto a different lesson. This flexibility shows how much she cares about her students, and as she told me before my test, "I wouldn't advise you to take your test of I didn't think you were ready." She also helped me book my test as the DVLA website was overloaded and I couldn't get on it. Kel really puts her students' needs first!
