Sally communicated really well with my educational needs, instruction and road awareness. She always supported my learning with a step by step process using support strategies to enhance my driving skills, she reassured me when I felt nervous and always encouraged me to keep me going and increase my confidence behind the wheel. She reiterated certain points to improve my awareness and planning when entering unfamiliar built up areas areas and vastly increased my confidence with driving at speed on dual carriageways and open rural roads. Sally was brilliant when I lost my confidence with gear changes, helped me to keep calm and showed me how to ensure I got the right gear first time and what to do if I got it wrong and started to fall apart, this I will take with me and use, if needed in my own car :) Ultimately she gave me the proficiency and confidence to successfully go on and pass my driving test!!
