Mike is a fantastic driving instructor and I highly recommend him. I’d had previous driving experience (failed three tests when I was much younger before moving overseas) but lacked some confidence and needed help with consistency in areas such as observations and mirror checks. Mike immediately recognised the need for improvement with these skills and understood the exercises needed to develop them to reach exam level. I had expected to need more lessons before working with Mike but each lesson was really productive and I quickly gained the confidence needed to progress quickly. One particular lesson involved a drive out to Southport which presents a number of challenges not found on roads in Chorley. This was a great learning experience and shows how Mike prepares you for the test but also to be a driver after the test. He’s very friendly and our conversations helped to lessen my nerves, especially in my first lessons. He’s also very reliable, provides excellent customer service and takes great pride in helping people reach test standard and pass. Thank you, Mike!
