My instructor made me feel very comfortable from the moment we met, we started learning at a pace I was happy with and always felt safe and able to ask question when I needed to. I felt supported when having to go outside my comfort zone or doing something I was unsure or unconfident with, and feel that having that extra push really aided in my progression. During the first lesson I was given an LDC Driving Skills Workbook, which had all the information I needed about the different lessons as well as little quizzes on the different sections and information about the driving test and how it's marked. I was also given two DVD's one was a DVD video version of the workbook and the other was on the theory test, the theory test DVD was very helpful as I could practice the hazard perception test on a laptop and familiarise myself with the set up in which the test would be presented in. Once I had booked my test we started to do lessons in the area so I would have good knowledge of the area, we also went over all the show me tell me questions and what would happen during the test. Overall I feel that learning how to drive was a great experience and I would highly recommend the LDC to anyone looking to do so.
