Karl has been brilliant throughout my driving journey. He has showed so much patience and understanding throughout. He has always made sure I am 100% happy with everything we have done. He has adapted and explained things to ensure I understand them completely. Karl made me feel comfortable and at ease straight away and this never changed. His sense of humour and belief in me kept me going. Karl has always had a reassuring manner and if things didn’t go as planned on a lesson we would explore why together and fix the issue. When things went well, he was full of praise which really helped my confidence. My life has changed completely today, and I don’t think I could have done it with any other instructor. Now there will be no more late-night ferry trips after working 14 hour shifts in one of the local hospitals and I can get home at a decent time and keep warm in the winter months coming up. Karl THANK YOU!! The LDC driving system – workbook and online resources was a huge help. All the information I needed right there and accessible at anytime I needed it. The workbook helped me to see where my progress was at, area’s I needed to concentrate on and it ensured I had everything I needed covered in order to pass both my theory and practical test.
