My Instructor was very polite and professional. He was very communicative and made it very clear what I did right or wrong. If I was ever unsure about anything or did something incorrectly, he would try to help me solve it, which made me the learner more confident. I did the 30 hour intensive course, which towards the end I found very tiring, but as i passed it was worth it.
