I started learning to drive at the age of 17 but had some rather off putting experiences with other instructors. As I was nearing 20 I knew I had to do something soon, this is when two of my friends recommended Dave to me.

I was very nervous about having driving lessons again but Dave was so calm and kind that he soon put me at ease, he does not tell you off for making mistakes or moan at you for not being able to grasp things. He helped me to iron out bad habits, and made things clear that I had never quite understood before. Things like reverse park can often be quite scary but Dave made it clear that it is completely possible and actually quite easy when you know how. Alongside being a great driving instructor Dave is also a lovely person, and is really easy to chat to. At the end of each lesson he would talk through how I had done, reassure me that I was doing okay, and we would discuss what we needed to work on next lesson. Thanks to Dave I passed my test first time after putting it off for three years, and the freedom that it has given me is great, I have already recommended him to several people and my boyfriend and his brother are starting lessons with him in the coming months.
