Patrick has been the best instructor I have worked with. He is able to effectively judge the shortcomings and root cause of the issues that the student is having and create a learning situation to match the needs of the student. He is very flexible to the learning needs of the student, whether it is a more theoretical or practical approach to learning, adjusts and challenges the student in every lesson. He was able to help me remove bad driving habits which I had developed from having worked with multiple instructors previously. He is excellent at keeping the student constantly aware during the lesson of any environmental factors which are being encountered for the first time or even multiple times.

Patrick helped me learn the local specificities in Darlington and develop the confidence to correct myself in case of a mistake in the very short time of 10 hours on the roads in Darlington. Overall, I have very much enjoyed my time learning with Patrick and I highly recommend him! The LDC Driving Skills book has been useful in revising in the build-up to the exam and the driving videos on youtube were very useful beginning, setting the expectations for the upcoming lessons.
