Joanne was always really supportive during my lessons - she stayed calm even when I got really frustrated with myself, and always encouraged me positively. By the time my test arrived I had gained a lot of confidence with my driving, and it felt more like I was driving along with a friend than an instructor! I always felt safe with Joanne in the car because of her ability to act calm in tricky situations.
