I originally heard about Joanne from a friend of mine who rated Joanne highly. I was very nervous when I first started driving but Joanne's calm manner and patience made driving an enjoyable experience, especially as she was so easy to talk to. Furthermore, when it came to manoeuvers, Joanne taught me a variety of methods until I found one I felt comfortable with.
