After 12 years of intermittent driving lessons with a total of 4 different driving instructors, I was somewhat sceptical of what to expect when I first booked lessons with Joanne.

However, Joanne's attitude and approach is completely different to every other instructor that's taught me. She is both calm and reassuring, making insightful comments and key observations along the way. This varied massively from the dictatorial approach that I'd experienced before, as Joanne was more intent on correcting errors rather than highlighting them. The progress I made over 4 weeks with Joanne dwarfed the progress I'd made previously with other instructors over a far longer period, so hats off to Joanne for her truly unique and thoroughly effective teaching style.

Even on my test day Joanne proved her worth as she managed to calm me down prior to my test, instilling me with confidence at a crucial time. Suffice to say I passed first time (with 2 minor faults) so a big thank you to Joanne for all her help."
