A big well done to Laura who passed first time with 4 faults, Laura did a week and half intensive course over the easter holidays, Laura said I had built up her confidence and did not criticise her like her previous instructor, she said i explained things in an easy to understand fashion and she found the workbook and DVD very helpful.
